More about Punta de Lobos
Punta de Lobos is a left-hand point break at Pichilemu on Chile's central coast, marked by the offshore rock formations known as Los Morros. A Save The Waves study describes several named sections whose connections depend on sand, swell and weather, giving the point a character that changes along the ride. Its surf setting is also a focus of coastal conservation: Punta de Lobos was dedicated as a World Surfing Reserve in November 2017. The local park operator describes cliffs and native vegetation beside the Pacific, with long waves below.
