About
An evolution of the traditional fish, the Concave Keel is designed for versatility from two-foot beach breaks to overhead+ reefs and points. Ride it 4–6 inches shorter than a standard shortboard.
Features
- Extreme concave tail — rocker accelerates in the final 6 inches, enabling tight arches and responsive snaps with exceptional control
- Paddles easily and catches waves readily — built-in speed for smooth wave entry
- Glass-on keels only — the extreme concave requires fixed keels; fin boxes would compromise performance due to inward-canting box angles
