Widemouth Bay is a beginner-friendly beach break near Bude offering access from both swell directions. Mid-tide conditions with easterly winds and WNW swell provide the best waves on a mixed rock and sand bottom. The spot hosts the Surfing England Junior Surf Series and has hazards including submerged rocks, rip currents, and crowds.
