Wamberal Beach/Spoonies is an advanced reef break near Terrigal that works best on SE swell with westerly winds across all tide levels. The shallow reef features sharp rocks and strong permanent rips that demand experienced surfers. The unpatrolled beach also carries bluebottles and localism.
