Seven Mile Beach is an intermediate-level beach break near Forster on Australia's Mid North Coast. Best swell comes from the southeast with northwesterly winds preferred. The sand bottom and both wave directions offer opportunities for varying conditions, though swimmers should be aware of sharks, rips, and the absence of lifeguard patrols.
