More about Salsipuedes

Salsipuedes is a right-hand point break north of Ensenada that breaks over a coral reef and works best on large W to NW winter swells between 6 and 12 feet, exclusively at extremely low tide. The main right offers a regional-quality wave suited to intermediate-level surfers, while a separate reef section near the top of the point holds bowly lefts and sectiony rights on smaller overhead waves. Winter groundswells from November through March are the primary season.

Access to the spot has been restricted to boat-only since at least October 2007 due to coastal development, and the area has transitioned from a secret break to a crowded spot on quality swell days.
