Roca Loca is an advanced reef break located near Jaco in North Costa Rica. Right-hand waves work best with southwest swell and northeast wind, with optimal conditions at mid-tide. The rocky bottom and surrounding hazards—including rocks, rips, and strong currents—demand experienced surfers.
