Playa de Famara is a beginner-friendly beach break near Caleta de Famara that works with swell from both directions, with NW swell being optimal. The sandy bottom and SE wind conditions make it popular, but watch for rip currents, crowds, and occasional calima dust storms. The beach hosts notable events including La Santa Pro.
