Pine Grove is a beginner-friendly beach break in Northeast Puerto Rico near Isla Verde, Carolina, with a sandy bottom and both left and right waves. North swell and southeast winds offer the best conditions at this spot. Watch for a shallow inside sandbar and currents that can strengthen with wind and tide shifts.
