Pan Dulce is one of Cabo Matapalo's right-hand points on Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula. It is generally the mellower of the nearby Matapalo breaks, though a large south swell can still make it demanding. The wave favors mid tide, and rocks on the ocean floor warrant care as the water drops. The area is remote, so check conditions and arrive prepared.
