Kitty Miller Bay is an advanced reef break near Cowes on Phillip Island, with right-hand waves that work best on high tide with SW swell and WNW winds. The sandy and rocky bottom and hazards including rips, rocks, sharks, and crowds make this a challenging break suited only to experienced surfers.
