History
Son of Cobra is the handmade surfboard brand of French shaper Paul Lefèvre, based in Costa Mesa, California. Known for pushing material and shape experimentation, he famously created a prototype clear "invisible" board made from hand-glassed 100% fiberglass and polyester resin. Lefèvre also applies his minimalist craftsmanship approach to high-end automotive restoration, hand-shaping carbon-fiber BMW 2002 restomods. His boards range from twin fins to noseriders, including collaborations with Lost co-founder Matt Biolos.
