Michael Miller Surfboards

Michael Miller is a San Diego-based shaper known primarily for meticulously reproducing Skip Frye designs. After two decades glassing Skip Frye's personal boards and learning his contours intimately, Miller established his own operation in 2008 and produces hand-shaped boards that closely recreate Frye's classic designs, particularly his fish and single-concave models. Each board is shaped and glassed by Miller himself, emphasizing quality control over volume.
