Flared Pin Twin

Ben Aipa originally designed the Flared Pin Twin in 1976. It returns with a modern twist and its soul untouched.

This is a shape built for power and precision, anchored by Ben's signature Pro-Am bottom, a deep double concave that forms a high spine through the center. That spine acts almost like a built-in rudder, taming the looseness of the twin-fin setup. It's the same idea surfers chase today with a stubby trailer fin, and Ben was doing it with foam and flow.

The outline blends the hold of a pin tail with a subtle flare through the hips, giving it extra drive and a clean release off the tail. Smooth under pressure and electric when you let it loose.
